“The Appraiser Coach”
I’ve done several hundred appraisals with this app and ClickFORMS. Without a doubt, it’s a time saver. I have increased my production about 20% and PhoenixSuite is great about answering your questions and helping you get comfortable with the app.

I love this app. It has given me the ability to do about 1.5 to 2 reports extra a week... thanks!
Residential Appraiser in Massachusetts
PhoenixSketch is a different kind of sketcher—built for the modern appraiser, it’s specifically designed to record measurements in the field.
While entering data on the go is a plus, PhoenixSketch is also available as a desktop program. This allows you to edit your sketches on your computer at home, just in case you need to add those finishing touches. Additionally, PhoenixSketch is accessible as a web-based version.
Best of all, it’s completely free.
All iPads (including the iPad mini) are supported. However, we recommend at least the iPad 2 (which comes with a rear-facing camera). The iPad mini is ideal for most appraisers due to its smaller size and lighter weight.
iPhone 3GS+ and later are supported. However, we recommend at least the iPhone 4S for satisfactory performance. The iPhone 5 is ideal due to its larger screen.
Requires Android version 3.2+, the Google Play Store, and a minimum screen resolution of at least 600dp. We do not recommend Android tablets in the $150 or less price range as they are usually made by off-brand manufacturers and come with far-below-average capabilities. Keep in mind, you're investing in a tool to help you run your business. As such, you should look for a quality tool built by a reputable manufacturer.
All major appraisal desktop software packages are officially supported. Pricing and supported features vary slightly by vendor. Please consult your desktop software vendor for pricing.
