Using the mouse, PhoenixSketch intelligently snaps to other walls and corners on your sketch. You may also adjust how accurate you'd like to be using the options along the bottom of the screen (full feet, 1/2 feet, etc).

PhoenixSketch supports the keyboard commands you're used to.

• The arrow keys quickly move the cursor into alignment with other walls and corners on your sketch.
• Use "c" to quickly close an open area.
• The "b" key will complete a bay window quickly.

The keyboard is ideal for when you need that extra bit of accuracy.

Instead of back-tracking to your mistake, or trying to multi-select and drag a bunch of walls around, just click on a wall in an open area, type your new length, and the sketch is automatically corrected for you.

PhoenixSketch can export your floorplans to PDF and JPEG images with no extra software required - ensuring you can use PhoenixSketch with your current forms software (even if it doesn't integrate directly).

PhoenixSketch is seamlessly integrated with our flagship product: PhoenixMobile - allowing you to complete the entire floorplan on-site (using the exact same tool on your mobile), and open it up back at the office.

If you don't want to use PhoenixMobile - that's OK too! You may use PhoenixSketch stand-alone with any desktop forms software package you'd like.

If you're using SFREP's Appraise-IT product, your sketches will open up and save right back to your reports - no fussing with PDFs or image files required!
